    At elmavera, we aim to offer a returns and refunds process that is clear, reasonable, and consistent. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting any return or refund request, as it outlines the conditions, timeframes, and procedures that apply.

     

    This policy applies only to purchases made directly through elmavera.

     

    1. Change-of-Mind Returns

    If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, you may submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

    To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, all of the following conditions must be met:

    • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • The item is in its original condition
    • Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
    • The item is suitable for resale

    For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

     

    2. Product-Related Issues

    If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the product description based on reasonable consumer expectations, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed:

    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us
    • You may choose either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method
    • Supporting information, such as photos or a brief description of the issue, may be requested to assist with verification

    Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

     

    3. Sale Items

    Items marked as "Sale" or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal preference.

    This restriction does not apply if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery and reported within the applicable timeframe.

     
     
     
     

    4. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

    If a package is refused, returned without authorisation, or deemed undeliverable due to factors such as incorrect address information or failure to collect the shipment, any refund request will be reviewed only after the returned parcel has been received and inspected.

    Please note:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    • Additional costs incurred due to refusal or failed delivery may be deducted from the refund amount
    • Refunds will not be processed if the returned item does not meet return eligibility requirements
     

    5. Unauthorised Returns

    Returns sent without prior approval from our customer support team may be refused.

    If an unauthorised return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense, or no further action may be taken. Any costs resulting from unauthorised returns are the responsibility of the customer.

     

    6. Return Eligibility & Inspection

    All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

    Items showing signs of excessive wear, improper use, alteration, washing, damage caused after delivery, or other conditions inconsistent with resale eligibility may be rejected.

    We reserve the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or that falls outside the applicable timeframes.

     

    7. Fraud Prevention

    To prevent misuse of our returns process, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases involving suspected fraud, repeated abuse of the policy, excessive wear, or violations of these terms.

    8. Refund Processing

    • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed inspection
    • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
    • Refund processing time is typically 3–5 business day.
